Evangeline Beach Across the Minas Basin from Kingsport Beach, Evangeline beach has stunning views of Blomidon Ridge. Take a walk and go exploring at low tide or go for a swim at high tide. Campground and motel accommodations are available. |

Kingsport Beach Red sedimentary cliffs carved by continuous erosion rise from the beaches to the east. The dramatic 12 metre tides produce very large sand and mud flats at low tide. Go for a swim, or enjoy a snack from the nearby cafe.

Lake George This supervised freshwater lake features a sandy beach with a designated swimming area, nearby change houses, a small picnic area, and a public boat launch. It's not uncommon to have a visit from resident duck families during your time at the lake. |

Lumsden Dam Pond A popular spot for swimming in the summer, Lumsden Pond was created when Black River was dammed and a section of the river valley was flooded. Lumsden Pond Provincial Park is adjacent to the dam and offers areas to picnic and swim. |
